Madeline Bennett (“Maddie”) grew up in Seal Beach, California. Maddie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison while obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Minor in Criminal Justice, where she was also a team member of the Division 1 Wisconsin Women’s Lightweight Rowing Team. Before attending law school, she committed to a year of service as an AmeriCorps member and worked for a nonprofit organization called Playworks, where she served as a mentor and athletics coach at an underserved elementary school in Los Angeles. 

She then attended Chapman University, Fowler School of Law. While in law school, Maddie worked at the Chapman Dispute Resolution for Juveniles Clinic and as a law clerk for Rosen Law Offices. She then went on to pass the California Bar examination.

Maddie is the daughter of two police officers, who helped advocate for the victims of crimes during their careers at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Inspired by her parents, Maddie always knew that she wanted to pursue a legal career where she could advocate for her clients.

When not practicing law, Maddie loves learning about health and wellness. Maddie enjoys curating healthy meals from scratch, long walks by the beach, and going to yoga and pilates. She also loves live music and skiing.
